Terms and Conditions
Please read this entire document. It details important information concerning
your rights and obligations, including limitations and exclusions that may apply to you.
This agreement contains the terms and conditions that apply to your purchase from MICROSCOPEBULBSPLUS.COM.
("MBP.COM") that will be provided to you ("CUSTOMER") for products sold in the United States. By accepting delivery of products
described on the MBP.COM invoice, CUSTOMER agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms and conditions.
Payment Terms
Unless an open account has been established with MBP.COM, payment
must be received by MBP.COM prior to the shipment of an order. Acceptable forms of payment include PayPal, Visa, Mastercard,
American Express, Discover and wire transfer. Open account invoices are due and payable based upon the net terms approved
for your account.
Sales Tax
Unless CUSTOMER mails or faxes a valid sales tax exemption certificate
prior to MBP.COM'S acceptance of the order, CUSTOMER shipments within the state of California will be charged applicable
sales tax. Sales tax will be detailed on MBP.COM invoices.
Shipping Terms and Charges
Unless agreed upon at the time of order, all MBP.COM shipments will be
delivered via United Parcel Services. Shipping and handling charges will be based upon standard UPS ground rates, unless
an expedited service is requested by the CUSTOMER. Corresponding expedited rates will then apply. Handling charges may be added on
orders with above average quantities or values requiring additional insurance. Shipping charges will be detailed on MBP.COM
invoices. Product loss due to shipping damage must be reported to MBP.COM within 2 business days of receipt of order. As required
by UPS, original containers and packaging materials must be retained in order to receive proper credit. CUSTOMER ownership
of product is effective upon shipment from any MBP.COM facility or agent. Loss or damage resulting from a carrier chosen
by MBP.COM will be the responsibility of MBP.COM. Loss or damage resulting from a carrier chosen by the CUSTOMER will be the
responsibility of the CUSTOMER.
Product Availability
Most of the items offered by MBP.COM are in stock and will be shipped within
2 business days of receipt of order. In some instances, items are not immediately available due to product manufacturer back
ordering. CUSTOMER will be notified of any order that cannot be shipped within 7 business days of receipt of order. Product
brand may vary depending on availability at the time of shipment. Based upon this availability MBP.COM may substitute the
product ordered with a direct replacement of equal performance and functionality. MBP.COM reserves the right to discontinue
a product at anytime.
Return Policy
Products purchased from MBP.COM may be returned within 14 days from the
date of the invoice. The product must be in new condition and in the original packaging. A 20% re-stocking charge will apply,
unless the return is due to MBP.COM error. Please contact customer service for all returns. A return material authorization
number is required prior to returning the product. The product must be properly packaged and must clearly display the return
authorization number on the outside of the carton. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or credited.
Limitation of Liability
Microscopebulbsplus.com does not accept liability beyond the remedies set
forth herein, including any liability for products not being available for use. MBP.COM will not be liable for lost profits,
loss of business or other consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such
damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein.
Privacy Policy
Contact information including email address, telephone number, address,
etc. which is provided by the customer is used solely for purposes pertaining to the order. Financial information including
credit card numbers, expiration dates, billiling address is solely to bill the customer for their order.
